Pupils Showcase Talent at East Cambridgeshire School Art Exhibition

The Shade Primary School participated in this year’s ‘East Cambridgeshire School Art Exhibition’ at the Babylon ARTS, Ely.  

Pupils from across the school, including Pre-school to Year 6, entered pieces of outstanding art.  The Shade were proud of the hard work the pupils put into their artworks and there were many wonderful pieces on display at the exhibition which showcased some of the amazing talent from The Shade and other local schools.

The school was excited to learn that one of our Year 3 pupils was awarded third prize in their category for their Kandinsky inspired abstract art! They attend the award ceremony where they received a certificate and prize – a voucher for Tindalls.

The school was delighted that to have the opportunity to showcase the talent of our pupils and even win a prize!
